    FAQ

Is it OK to heat yogurt?

You can heat yogurt, but if you over heat it then it can easily curdle so it is best to heat gently.

    Can you freeze yogurt?

Yes, yogurt can be frozen for up to 6-8 weeks. I find any longer than that and it can take on freezer smells and change texture slightly.

Can I use yogurt instead of cream in a curry?

Yes, you can! I recommend you use full fat Greek yogurt to replace cream, and using yogurt the curry won’t be quite as rich and will also have a slight tang.
