    This weeks meal plan features store cupboard saviours and comforting classics with some side suggestions including the softest naan ever!

    Slow Cooker Chilli Con Carne

    This cosy dinner made with minced beef, kidney beans and spices tastes even better the next day. Serve with rice, jacket potatoes or corn chips.

    Prep: 17 mins Cook: 8 hrs | Freezer-friendly, DF

    Guasacaca (Venezualan Guacamole)

    Made with avocado, green pepper / capsicum, coriander, parsley and lime, this avocado dip goes really well with the chilli con carne!

    This classic cottage pie with minced beef in a rich gravy topped with fluffy mashed potato is a comforting dinner. Meal prep: Assemble and store in the fridge for a couple of days then bake.

    Creamy Tuna Pasta Bake

    Made with fridge and store cupboard staples pasta, tinned tuna and tinned or frozen corn, this tuna pasta bake is popular with kids and adults and is perfect for when your dinner plans change at the last minute!

    Chicken Pasanda

    One the table in 30 minutes. This mild chicken curry with yogurt, spices, ground almonds / almond flour and coconut milk is a family friendly curry is loved by younger kids too.

    Prep: 10 mins Cook: 18 mins | Can freeze – yogurt may become grainy.

    Soft and Fluffy Naan

    A great accompaniment to the pasanda, these naan are also a delicious side for the peanut and pumpkin stew. They are so much tastier than store bought naan and worth making from scratch!
