Notes

Nutrition calculated on homemade pizza dough and pizza sauce and is a very rough guide as it will differ greatly depending on the base and pizza toppings you use.
Use a hot oven to cook your pizza if using homemade pizza dough.
Don’t roll the dough out too thinly, unless you want a thin and crispy base.
Don’t add too much sauce, to prevent your pizza base from becoming soggy.
Same with your toppings – if you overload the pizza base with toppings it can become soggy and pretty hard to eat without a knife and fork!
Make sure you have the toppings chopped and prepared, so you can work quickly. If the sauce and dough have to sit for a while whilst you prepare them the base can become soggy.
