    Twelve Christmas Cookies

    Christmas, a time for traditions, getting together with loved ones, and – if you are like my family – lots of baking! Inspired by my experiences of spending Christmas living in many different countries and being introduced to each of their different historical tastes and traditions – and delicious biscuits – I now incorporate these flavours and techniques into my Christmas baking for family and friends. Here are 12 biscuits (or cookies!) taking inspiration from around the world. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
