Muffins have been my go to snack for the past 15 months. I found them so handy: being able to make them ahead, freeze them (and defrost them quickly!), & they were super portable. They are also fantastic & easy for little hands & mouths. Hear the word, ‘Muffin’ and you often think of something with vast amounts of sugar and nutrient poor, but they needn’t be! This varied collection of 10 baby, toddler (& adult!) approved muffins all contain a rainbow of vegetables, fruits, and seeds, making the muffins perfect for baby led weaning and beyond!
