Ingredients
3tablespoonsquick cook porridge oats
3tablespoonsmilk
fruit of your choice - currently I'm using 4 blueberries and a strawberry cut into thirds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180˚C/350˚F
Mix the oats and milk together in a bowl and leave for ten minutes.
Drop teaspoons of the mixture into a lightly greased mini muffin tin - the mixture will still look pretty sloppy but don't worry, the oats will absorb the milk.
Place a piece of fruit on the top and press down slightly.
Cook for 15 minutes, until set. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin and then place the bites on a wire rack.
