Biscoff Blondies

Soft and fudgy white chocolate blondies

You Will Need

Melt the butter in a pan then continue to cook until the foam subsides and the milk solids are golden brown

Make the brown butter

With electric beaters, beat the butter with the sugars, then add the eggs and whisk until pale. 

Whisk the butter, sugar and eggs

Stir in flour then add white chocolate, almonds and Biscoff biscuits.

Add flour, chocolate and Biscoff

Swirl with Biscoff cookie butter then bake.

Spoon in to  tin
