This easy cheese spread with cottage cheese, yogurt and goats cheese, takes just 10 minutes to make and is a delicious topping for toast and crackers as well as being a tasty dip for raw vegetables.

125 g cottage cheese 100 g goats cheese 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
Mix everything together and place, covered, in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Stir through a little more Greek yogurt if too thick.
Will keep in the fridge, covered, for a couple of days.
