This easy cheese spread with cottage cheese, yogurt and goats cheese, takes just 10 minutes to make and is a delicious topping for toast and crackers as well as being a tasty dip for raw vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g goats cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together and place, covered, in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Stir through a little more Greek yogurt if too thick.
  • Will keep in the fridge, covered, for a couple of days.
